the instructors behind The Creative Leader course.

We are two human-centric Animation Producers with over twenty years of experience in the industry.

LP is an artist turned Producer, while Virginie is a vocational producer. We teach team leads and production crews the mindset and skillset for more productive and less stressful productions.

From storyboard artist to executive producer, I experienced every aspect of animation production.

With my partner Virginie, we founded The Happy Producers to offer our experience and help other growth-seeking leaders find their way toward human-driven leadership without compromising the people or the project.

In addition to my mission as a Happy Producer, I am the Canadian co-producer of 10 Lives in collaboration with GFM Animation and the line producer of The Last Whale Singer, a Canadian/German/Czech co-production.

I put my experience at the service of everyone in my productions, and I wish to offer you the same insight and the same positive attitude I offer my colleagues daily.

I put my expertise to the service of the Film and TV community by teaching happy-minded industry professionals, managers, and leaders how to increase their profit while lowering stress.
