As I mentioned in my email, we are close to launching our long-awaited leadership course for artists wanting to become team leads and leaders waiting to hone their leadership skills.

Back in June, we launched our first leadership course in association with Université du Québec en Abiti-Temiscamingue and Synthese Pole Image (if you are in Quebec and a member of the QTFC, Xn Québec, or La Guilde du Jeux Vidéo du Québec click here to access the course for free). It was a great experience, and it inspired us to follow up with a brand new course that answers challenges specific to the animation and visual effects industries.

We created this new course to serve our industry worldwide and will make it available in a few weeks. This new version of the course will be offered LIVE via Zoom and will share the best tips and tricks we have learned in our 25 years in the industry. This course will help you strengthen the leadership skills needed to build positive, inclusive leaders who deliver the best quality on time without compromising their team’s well-being. 

However, we need your help. Before we finalize our curriculum, we must ensure we have covered everything.
